Refund Policy - Strictly Applied

No refunds if ANY credits are used.

Due to the digital nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds once any credits from a pack have been consumed to generate artwork. All sales are final once usage begins.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Drawing My Pet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Usage Rights

By using our service, you grant us a license to process your pet images for the sole purpose of generating the requested artwork. The generated artwork is yours to use for both personal and commercial purposes.

3. Credits & Refund Policy

Credit System

Credits are purchased in packs and are used to generate pet portraits. Different artistic styles consume different amounts of credits. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

⚠️ Refund Policy - Important

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are NOT available once you have used any credits to generate artwork. All sales are final once credits are consumed.

Refunds are ONLY available if:

  • You have NOT used any credits from your purchased pack
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • You contact us at support@drawingmypet.com with your order details

Once even a single credit is used to create a portrait, the entire credit pack becomes non-refundable.

By purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our refund policy.

4. Data Retention

All generated images and uploaded pet photos are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days to protect your privacy. Please ensure you download your creations promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Drawing My Pet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem.io provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Tax Transparency: All prices displayed are net of taxes. Applicable sales tax or VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location. The final amount charged will include any applicable taxes as required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Drawing My Pet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to use
  • Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to circumvent our credit system or payment processing
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Abandoned Cart Recovery Emails

If you begin a checkout process for our products but do not complete your purchase, we (via our payment processor Creem.io) may send you one or more automated reminder emails to help you complete your order.

  • These emails are sent solely for the purpose of recovering an incomplete purchase.
  • Your email address is collected during the checkout flow and used only for this purpose.
  • You may opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any recovery email.
  • We comply with applicable email marketing laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
