  • Payment Data: processed and stored securely by Creem.io (our payment processor). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

  • Service Delivery: To process your pet photos and generate artistic portraits as requested.
  • Account Management: To create and manage your user account and credit balance.
  • Payment Processing: We use Creem.io for payment processing. Creem.io acts as the Merchant of Record and processes your payment details for transaction and tax compliance purposes.
  • Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Legal Compliance: Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
  • Abandoned Cart Recovery: If you begin but do not complete a checkout, your email may be used by our payment processor (Creem.io) to send automated recovery reminder emails. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

4. Data Security & Retention

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.

🔒 Automatic Data Deletion

All uploaded pet photos and generated artworks are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days to protect your privacy. Please ensure you download your creations promptly. We cannot recover images after they are deleted.

5. Refund Policy

⚠️ No Refunds After Credit Usage

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are NOT available once you have used any credits to generate artwork. All sales are final once credits are consumed.

Refunds are ONLY available if:

  • You have NOT used any credits from your purchased pack
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • You contact us at support@drawingmypet.com

6. Your Rights

Under data protection laws, you have rights including:

  • Access: Request access to your personal data.
  • Correction: Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.

7. Abandoned Cart Recovery

When a customer enters their email during checkout but does not complete a purchase, Creem.io (our payment processor) may send automated recovery emails on our behalf. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in recovering lost transactions.

  • Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: Data used only for the recovery sequence; deleted after the sequence completes or you opt out.
